What is Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)?
Provincial Nomination Programs (PNP), as the name suggests, are immigration programs by the provinces of Canada. Except for Nunavut and Quebec, each province targets qualified candidates to fulfill the immigration quotas governed by the individual labour market needs.
With over 80 immigration streams, the PNP is one of the most preferred immigration pathways. Each province has its eligibility criteria, and some also require a valid job offer from a Canadian employer. However, it is essential to note that these programs keep modifying criteria per their needs and any immigration laws and policy changes.
